Resolving Problems

If you are dissatisfied for some reason about a service you receive or any product you may have with us, we would like to know. We will do our absolute best to ensure we achieve a resolution that you are happy with. We will address your complaint in a prompt manner and try to resolve the issue immediately on receipt of the complaint. If it is a more complicated matter, it may take longer to investigate.
